Medtrition is a visionary company in medical foods—foods that are clinically developed to help treat certain conditions. We were hired to help launch two new groundbreaking nutritional products for tube-fed patients in ICUs—ProSource TF20 and Banatrol TF.

The new products were the first to connect directly into ENFit, a new feeding system that had been adopted by 30% of U.S. hospitals.

In many B2B marketing efforts you have several audiences to convince. In many cases, you will have a gate keeper audience, a user audience and a final decision maker audience. Your messaging must be consistent yet nuanced to address each one’s needs.

How we helped:

Expanded their market:
Originally, we were to target the 30% of the hospitals that had ENFit and could connect with these new products. However, after interviewing nurses and dietitians, we learned they were more interested in the liquid aspect of the product. Not having to mix a powdered version would save them time and reduce the risk of a tube occlusion. This finding tripled the size of our potential audience.
